Cover Letter
My approach to fitness for older adults is grounded in current research and an ongoing commitment to understanding how the body changes throughout adulthood. Strength, power, mobility, endurance, and coordination all contribute to how we move, function, and participate in the activities we value.
As someone who is also part of this generation, I understand personally how important fitness is to maintaining the quality of life I want. My goal is not simply to help people exercise; it is to help older adults develop and maintain the physical capacity to live actively, confidently, and on their own terms.
My strategy is to develop the strength, power, mobility, endurance, and coordination needed to support physical independence and an active life.
My Programs
My programs are designed around different aspects of fitness and physical performance, giving older adults opportunities to train, move, and develop their capabilities in ways that are both purposeful and engaging.
Three programs are currently available, with two additional programs in development. The upcoming programs will be introduced here when they officially launch.
